Tall Pines Community has 6 governing bodies.

1. Tall Pines

2. Ruxton Village

3. Ruxton II

4. Valley Wood

5. Hunt Ridge

6. Spring Lake

 

Tall Pines, with it’s by laws is responsible for all of the Common Areas and the Club House.

 

Each body is independent and has it’s own set of by-laws. Besides by-laws, each body has a master declaration with deed restrictions and is incorporated with its own articles of  incorporation.

 

Each of the bodies has an architectural committee, responsible for compliance with the community structural and environmental standards.

These committees submit their decisions to the Tall Pines Committee for final approval.
