Tall Pines Welcome and Information Letter
Tall Pines welcomes you to our community. This letter will inform you of our community amenities and rules and why we feel it’s such a wonderful place to live. We have an active community which holds events of all kinds in our club house. They are put on by organizations such as the Men’s Club -Women’s Club and the Northerners Club. You are more than welcome to join any or all of these clubs. We have a monthly newsletter called the Hi-Lites which will list all functions including monthly HOA meetings. It’s your community and we welcome you at all our functions and meetings.
We have a large beautiful club house that is constantly being updated and modernized. We have a full kitchen to host our parties. The club house is available to rent for a moderate cost to all owners.. Dave Brenner is in charge of the club house rentals and has keys available for a $14.00 fee. The keys should have been passed on to you by the previous owner but if you didn’t get one -Dave is your man. He can be reached at 817-0134.
We have access to the River Ridge pool located behind the River Ridge Club House. You can check with the golf pro shop for admission details, there is no charge for Tall Pines residents.. The River Ridge Club House has a restaurant and sponsors various parties and events. As I’m sure you know by this time----River Ridge also has an 18 hole golf course with golf cart rentals.
We have a phone directory that is updated every other year with all owners addresses and phone numbers. The back page also has a list of some of our deed restrictions. You should have received the booklet of Tall Pines Deed Restrictions as well as a copy of the phone directory from the previous owner. If you didn’t get them please call Resource Management at 727-796-5900 to get a copy.
I will mention a few of the most common rules some new residents seem to overlook.
PETS: Dogs must be on a leash at all times and you must pick up after your dog, so have your pooper scooper with you. Cats are not permitted to run loose—if they do, they will be considered strays and dealt with accordingly.
PARKING: On street parking is prohibited at any time.
Commercial vehicles are not permitted to
park in driveways unless work is being done on the premises. Parking is only allowed on a paved surface on
your property which means no lawn parking. If you are having company for an
extended stay—please contact Dave Brenner or
We have an architectural committee that oversees any exterior changes to include but not limited to roofs, painting, extensions, changes to flower beds and taking down of trees. It is the owners responsibility to keep his/her residence in good repair-we have property managers doing walk throughs to insure these rules are followed. Athletic or gym equipment of any kind is not permitted on any lot. We do not allow sheds or any type of storage buildings.
This is not intended to be a concise list of our rules – we have a more detailed list in the phone directory but even that is only an overview—please refer to the Tall Pines recorded documents and your individual HOA Community Documents for a complete list. If you did not receive these documents when you purchased your home, they can be obtained at the Property Management companies for a fee.
We have a Security
Patrol volunteer group that rides through our neighborhood and also a
Neighborhood Watch program all to help keep our neighborhood safe. You can
